Made from lightweight T45 tubing by Drayton frames. The frame is a copy of an Ossa Mar Mk2 with lowered footrest position and tightened headstock. Front engine tubes have been shortened and brackets added like the OSSA TR303 to allow easy removal /installation of engine in one unit.

Tabs have threaded inserts for fixings ie sump guard and side panels.

This frame comes with a modified pattern TR80 swinging arm allowing the use of the direct brake set up from a TR80 hub or potentially any Grimeca style conical hub of the era ,lugs on swinging arm to suit TR80 chain guard

All parts from your Ossa Mar/TR77 will swap out into this frame apart from the rear brake,chain tensioner,hub,and chain guard (All TR80 ) . If using for TR77 as part donor please remember top shock mount is different. If using non standard silencer/TR77 silencer a tab may need to be added on rear frame loop to suit.
